Hi,
A credit control supervisor/officer would not manage as many accounts as a credit control clerk, this is as they spend there time chasing difficault bad debts, national/global customers with many invoices/credits, legal cases etc. They will also be the one that collates the data to produce “month end” reports and figures to be added in to the “control accounts”. It is usually the credit control supervisor/officer that answers questions put forward by the directors/more senior management such as why a certain debt has not yet been collected etc. This is very general overview and all companies are different. i’m so gratefull to find such informations on credit control ,thank u what i need to know now is what means “live account ” ” handle a ledger” and how many accounts would a credit control officer manage per months or what period and what program or data base do credit cotroller use.i can wait to read u ,please email me.
